Order Processing & Dispatch
Purchases are shipped out of our warehouse at:
104-109, City Centre, Synagogue Street, Camp, Pune – 411001, India
Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners.
Please allow the following delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
Pan India Delivery:
Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days
Deliveries are made between:
Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Every delivery must come with a signature.
In case you are not available, you can just grant another person (family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.) to sign on behalf of you
Delivery Responsibility
Franck Emiliano is not responsible for goods signed and accepted by an alternative person.
We are not responsible for any damage reported after successful delivery confirmation.
Damages & Shortages
There must be an unboxing video for any replacement request, damage claim, or concern about a specific product. No claims could be made without an appropriate unboxing video that shows the package being opened in its sealed state.
All the lost or spoiled products should be reported to our customer care department within the same day of delivery. Orders placed beyond the delivery date or in the absence of an unboxing video would not be taken into consideration.

- Clear images of the package and product
- Description of the issue
- Unboxing Video
Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on prepaid purchase.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to COD orders.
Shipment and handling rates can differ according to:
- Product type
- Packaging
- Size & volume
- Other logistical considerations
Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
